1/ UI/UX Designer
You'll own the look and feel of products and websites end to end — from first wireframe to polished, developer-ready handoff. You think in flows and systems, not just screens, and you care about how a thing works as much as how it looks.
What you'll do
- Design responsive web and product interfaces from low-fidelity wireframes through high-fidelity UI in Figma
- Build and maintain component libraries and design systems that scale across projects
- Map user journeys, prototype interactions, and pressure-test flows before they reach development
- Partner closely with developers on handoff, specs, and implementation reviews
- Translate client goals and research into clear, conversion-focused design decisions
- Stay current with design trends, tooling, and accessibility standards
You should have — a strong portfolio of shipped web/product work, fluency in Figma, an eye for typography and layout, and comfort defending design decisions with reasoning.
2/ Frontend Developer (React)
You turn designs into fast, accessible, maintainable interfaces. You sweat the details — responsive behavior, performance, the small interactions that make a build feel finished.
What you'll do
- Build responsive, pixel-accurate interfaces in React / Next.js from Figma designs
- Write clean, reusable component code and contribute to shared libraries
- Integrate front-ends with headless CMS (Payload, Sanity) and APIs
- Optimize for Core Web Vitals — LCP, CLS, and overall page performance
- Implement accessible markup that meets WCAG standards by default
- Collaborate with designers to refine interactions and catch issues early
You should have — solid React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript skills, a feel for CSS and layout, and experience shipping production sites.
3/ Shopify Developer
You build and customize high-performing Shopify storefronts — themes that load fast, convert well, and are easy for clients to manage. You know the platform deeply, not just superficially.
What you'll do
- Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Build with Online Store 2.0 architecture — sections, blocks, and flexible templates
- Optimize storefronts for speed, Core Web Vitals, and conversion
- Integrate apps, custom functionality, and third-party tools
- Troubleshoot theme, checkout, and performance issues
- Hand off clean, well-documented, client-friendly stores
You should have — hands-on Shopify theme development experience, strong Liquid skills, and a track record of fast, polished stores.
4/ Performance Marketing Specialist
You run paid acquisition that actually moves the numbers — Google and Meta campaigns built around CPA, LTV, and real business outcomes, not vanity metrics.
What you'll do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
- Build full-funnel strategies from awareness through conversion
- Own keyword research, audience targeting, ad creative briefs, and budget pacing
- Track and report on CPA, ROAS, and LTV with clear, honest analysis
- Run structured tests and iterate based on what the data shows
- Collaborate with design and copy to ship high-converting landing pages
You should have — demonstrable results managing paid budgets, fluency with Google/Meta ad platforms and analytics, and a numbers-first mindset.
5/ Web Accessibility Specialist
You make sure the work we ship is usable by everyone. You treat accessibility as a craft and a standard, not a checkbox at the end.
What you'll do
- Audit websites and products against WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA standards
- Test with screen readers, keyboard navigation, and assistive technologies
- Write clear, actionable remediation guidance for designers and developers
- Advocate for accessible-by-default practices across every project
- Keep the team current on standards, ARIA patterns, and compliance requirements
You should have — practical experience with WCAG, assistive tech, and accessible front-end patterns (semantic HTML, ARIA).
